Shipping Policy
All my shipping materials are 100% recyclable! The mailer is reusable and can be recycled at the end of it's use and everything is made out of eco materials.

As each garment is made to order the shipping time will depend on how many orders come in that week. At the moment the estimated time of arrival is 7-10 days after you have purchased your item.

If you have a more urgent order please message me privately on Instagram @naturesgracestudio or email me gracehart18@icloud.com and we can sort out quicker shipping etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
As my products are made to order I do not offer refunds as it is made to fit you perfectly.

However if there is a fault with the product please message me and I can offer an exchange for your item and we can discuss how you would like to go about this.
